Privacy policy
This notice covers this website only — what happens when you visit these pages. It does not describe how the Shelf Inspector product handles data inside a customer's stores.

The short version
This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Visiting the pages alone does not load third-party scripts or trackers. We do not know who you are until you choose to contact us. If you submit the contact form, the details you enter are sent through Web3Forms so we can reply by e-mail. What follows is the detail.
What we do not collect
There is no analytics or measurement software on this site. Specifically, there is:
- No Google Analytics, or any other analytics or A/B testing tool
- No advertising, remarketing or conversion-tracking pixels
- No social media embeds, share widgets or comment systems
- No session recording, heatmaps or device fingerprinting
The site sets no cookies and writes nothing to your browser's local or session storage, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss — there is nothing to consent to.
Fonts are served from this site, not from a font network
Web fonts are commonly loaded from third-party services, which means the font provider receives your IP address on every page you open. The typefaces used here are hosted on this site instead, so no font provider learns that you visited.
What our hosting provider processes
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical connection data in order to deliver and secure the pages you request — typically your IP address, your browser's user-agent string, the page requested and a timestamp. This is ordinary server-log and security processing rather than anything we have configured to profile visitors. We do not receive visitor-level reports from it, and we do not combine it with anything else.
The contact form
The contact form collects your name, company, e-mail address, optional phone number and chosen area of interest, and uses them for one purpose — to reply to you. Submissions are delivered by Web3Forms (Web3Creative), which receives the form data in your browser over HTTPS, stores it on AWS, and e-mails it to us. On the free plan, Web3Forms retains submissions for 30 days and then deletes them. Their processing is described in their privacy policy and data processing agreement.
We do not use the form for marketing lists or profiling. Replying to your enquiry may involve ordinary e-mail correspondence from our side.
Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation you have the right of access, rectification and erasure; the right to restrict or object to processing, including for marketing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.
If you have only browsed the site, we hold nothing about you to access, correct or delete. If you have submitted the contact form, these rights apply to that enquiry — contact us (or the Bull DPO below) and we will handle the request, including with Web3Forms where their retention still applies.
